On this Remembrance Day, We Pause Together
Today, on Remembrance Day, we pause as a team and as a community to honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women who have worn the uniform for Canada.
We also join Canadians across the country in a moment of silence. It’s a simple act, but a powerful one – a chance to step out of our routines, quiet the noise of everyday life, and reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who served and continue to serve.
Remembering More Than History:
For many of us, Remembrance Day is not just a page in a history book.
It’s a grandparent’s stories, a family photo in uniform, a friend who served overseas, or a neighbour who still carries the memories of their time in the Forces.
We remember:
Those who never came home.
Those who returned but were forever changed.
Those currently serving, and the families who support them.
Their courage has shaped the safe, vibrant communities we’re fortunate to live in today.
